group order rules/disclaimers !
BEFORE joining a group order, pls make sure you are either following me or updating your settings so I can add you to the GO gc where i’ll be sending all updates
absolutely no backouts once you pay!! find a replacement if you need to and communicate with me!
DO NOT include a payment note unless I ask you to, payment notes could flag my account :(
pls pay by the given deadlines (failure to do so will result in a fee being added or claims being forfeited)
if you need an extension pls let me know at least 24 hours before the given deadline and I will try my best to accommodate you!
a strike will be given if the payment deadline is missed without any prior communication (3 strikes = blacklisted)
all payments must be made through friends & family on either Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle
chargebacks will result in automatic blacklist and restriction from future group orders
group orders are usually 3 payments (initial + ems + dom) unless stated otherwise
initial: price of items
ems: shipping from k-addy, j-addy, etc. to me divided by all of the go joiners
dom: shipping from me to you (+ $1 supply fee)
pls keep in mind that I cannot provide you with an estimate of ems since international shipping rates are constantly changing
** will only keep items for 1 week (with late fees) after dom deadline, after the 7 days items will be put up for reclaim with NO REFUND **
packaging info
i will let you know of any damages or flaws on items
photocards & postcards will always be packed in sleeves and toploaders/cardboard (depending on the size of the items)
bigger items will be packaged in bubble wrap & cardboard
i will always send out address confirmations for all items

USA stamped
$1.50 covers up to 3 photocards
$2.50 covers up to 6 photocards
please read carefully what else can be sent stamped in each go form!
